Along with the Holocaust, the Armenian genocide, the Rwanda genocide, Italy’s use of mustard gas on villagers in the takeover of Ethiopia, the Tuskegee experiments, the mass purges of political or ethnic "others" by Stalin, Mao, Castro, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, or other tyrants, what other atrocities do you believe merit the title of “Crime of the Century”? Not even to mention individual local mass murders like the Norway youth camp; Christchurch, Sutherland, Pittsburgh, & Charleston places of worship; Beslan, Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook, & Marjorie Stoneman Douglas schools; or Aurora, Orlando, & Thousand Oaks entertainment venues?

Here is one person’s definition of “Crime of the Century.”

Of course it's the crime of the century. When you lose to someone you despise, anything else creates too much cognitive dissonance to live with. I'm still wondering why otherwise intelligent people believe him.

I was tempted for a minute to put this in the Doctrine & Theology forum since it is about worship & idolatry. 🤪 😆

I have Facebook friends who were (and still are) comparing him to Captain Moroni.

My head exploded.

I had a little come apart on them (and got unfriended).  I mean, sure I voted for the guy, but there is NO WAY IN THE WORLD you could say "If all men everywhere were like President Trump, the very powers of the evil one would be forever shaken."   They even had one of those cute little "meme" things they took the time to create.  It may have sold better if they hadn't used the Friberg painting where Moroni looks like an old timey Captain America.  :)

It's not just us. I have a Baptist friend who likens him to David: "Sure, he has his weaknesses, but God chose him to do a great work." When I asked, "Did God also choose President Obama?" The reply: "Absolutely not. That was done by ignorant people." I guess that means God is a Republican who does a whole lot of election tampering.

Nikki Haley blasts POTUS for attending the Congressional baseball game while so much critical stuff is going on.

Ummmm, this story tells us that both Republican & Democratic members of Congress attended. Did she jump on them for taking time off from their official duties? And it appears they all did some schmoozing that might well have included talk about the national debt ceiling.

Anyway, maybe Biden felt it was OK to go to an event right in Washington since he hadn't taken scores of golfing trips out of state, or billed the American people for Air Force One & Secret Service for all the vacations, or brought his adult children all over the world on their own non-official, for-profit business travel with Secret Service protection at taxpayer expense.

Who has done more for Christianity, & religion in general, than anyone else ever? If you thought it was God, Jesus Christ, Abraham, Moses, Isaiah, Mary, Peter, or Joseph Smith, you're going to get an argument.
