Curelom, thanks for posting the link to the article above.  It's stories like this that reinforce the idea to me that there are no coincidences.

Students who were homeless & didn't have enough clean clothes were being bullied by schoolmates, so this principal tried to help. It doesn't cure anyone of being an *******, but it might help some kids have a better day.

If that were available at the High School here, I would donate liquid laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets!!!

Remember the story of the state trooper who pulled over a driver who turned out to have helped deliver him when the motorist was a police officer sent to a home on an emergency call? (On the previous forum page).

Here is a similar cool story about an infant all grown up, meeting someone from his earliest days.

What you find out from surfing the web! A new king has taken over in San Diego, & he is one majestic critter (although “critter,” which we call our pet cats & dogs, doesn’t seem quite right to describe the monarch of the mammals!) He’s unique because he has just taken a giant leap & is captured in mid-flight, landing on one paw.

I don’t get to San Diego much, but if I do, I want to see this amazing big cat. :)

Have you ever had what seemed like a high-tech calamity with no solution, & then you found out what caused it & were immensely relieved & started laughing your tail off?

The Marine Mammal Center in Hawaii had a problem with the office phone calling everyone on their list, then remaining silent. They tried everything they could think of to just find it so they could resolve it … and then... and then … eureka!

I just read this today and it made me feel hopeful that I am making a difference in ways I never get to see.

Sarah, thank you for sharing this. It is a sweet reminder to let people know how their actions better our lives or those we know.
It was about 7 years ago, maybe a few more that you helped me out by taking a birthday cake to a son I was very concerned about. You have such a good heart - thank you.

Yes, you can have fun in the Bay Area!

Biggest sand castle & sand sculpture competition in NorCal:

BART may be a bureaucracy, but they can have a heart:
